UHTP in conjunction with The Festival of Fleeces

Important information and changes for 2017

Open run time will be reduced from 2 minutes to 1 minute 30 seconds.
The team penning arena will be moved to an angle and judges stand moved to the centre line, negating the need for a flag person and allowing the judge more visibility across the whole run.
as always, please ensure you remain at a walk at all times when outside the arena or warm up area.

Upper Hunter Team Penning was formed by a group of like-minded horse enthusiasts in 2006, who wanted to provide a sport that  that catered for the whole family, regardless of experience.

The aim was to keep the participation cost to a minimum, and to provide riders from all disciplines with a safe competitive environment, encouraged by

good sportsmanship and a fun atmosphere.
